About these terms
This website is operated from the State of Kuwait. These terms form a binding contract between you and Formulas the moment you place an order. They are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and the Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
You must be at least 21 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By checking out you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it by sending an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Until then we may decline the order — for example if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our service area, or if a payment cannot be verified.
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error before it has been dispatched, with a full refund of anything paid.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery within the limits shown at checkout, and KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through MyFatoorah, our licensed Kuwaiti payment processor. Card details are handled by MyFatoorah under PCI-DSS and are never stored on our servers.
Where a cash-on-delivery surcharge applies it is shown before you place the order. If a card payment is declined or reversed after dispatch, the order and any linked subscription may be paused until payment is settled.
Delivery
We deliver only inside the State of Kuwait, to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery windows are quoted before dispatch and shared again on the day. Someone aged 21 or above must be present to receive cash-on-delivery orders.
The products must be refrigerated at 2–4°C as soon as it arrives. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; keeping the product outside the fridge is not a defect covered by these terms.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Under Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Law, perishable and made-to-order goods are not eligible for return once dispatched. Because every bottle is pressed the morning it leaves us, cold-pressed juices and juice packs fall under this exception.
You may cancel a same-day order free of charge until 8:00 PM Kuwait time the evening before delivery. Cancellations after that time cannot be accepted because the fruit has already been pressed for you.
If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or is missing from the order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and its label. We will replace it on the next delivery run or refund it in full to the original payment method within 14 days.
For subscriptions you may pause, skip or cancel any future delivery from your account, at least 48 hours before its scheduled dispatch. Deliveries already inside that window are treated as confirmed orders.
Subscriptions
A subscription authorises us to prepare and charge for each future delivery according to the schedule you chose. Prices are taken from the catalogue in force on the day each delivery is prepared, so a price change after you subscribe applies to future deliveries, not past ones.
You are responsible for keeping your delivery address, phone number and payment method up to date in your account. If a delivery fails because of out-of-date details, the order is treated as delivered and is not refunded.
Your account
You are responsible for anything done through your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately at talal@formulasme.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, submits false information, or breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, artwork and the Formulas name and logo on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under Kuwaiti and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The current version is always at formulasme.com/terms with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
